Is the ultrasonic trainer safe for my dog?

Yes. It emits a high-frequency sound that dogs notice and most humans barely register. There is no static shock, no citronella spray, and no collar. It's an interrupter — it breaks the barking pattern so you can redirect and reward. It is not a punishment device.

Will the ultrasonic trainer affect my other pets?

Other dogs within range may hear it. Cats are generally less responsive to these frequencies. If you have multiple dogs, use it deliberately rather than continuously.

Does the ultrasonic trainer work on every dog?

No, and we'd rather say so. Response varies by breed, age, temperament and hearing. It works best paired with consistent, reward-based training rather than used on its own. If it isn't working for your dog, our 30-day return policy covers you.

Is the lick bowl kit only for dogs?

It's designed and packaged for dogs, but cats use the lick bowl happily too — especially for wet food, broths and frozen treats. The slow feeder portion is sized with dogs in mind.

Is the bamboo cat puzzle box actually solid bamboo?

Yes. It's real bamboo, not veneered particle board, with scratch pad surfaces set into the openings. It's built to sit out in a living room rather than be hidden away.

How do I introduce the nail scratch board?

Start by loading the treat drawer and letting your dog investigate with no pressure. Most dogs work out the scratching motion within a few sessions. Never force a paw onto the board — the whole point is that they choose to do it.
