Shipping
All orders ship from within the United States. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are typically packed and dispatched the same day.
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50
- Standard shipping (2–5 business days) on orders under $50
- You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us
We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you're an international retailer interested in stocking Starvix, get in touch through our contact page.
Returns
30 days, no interrogation. If your pet isn't into it, or the product isn't what you expected, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Items should be in resalable condition with original packaging where possible — though we understand a curious dog may have already inspected the box.
Damaged or missing items
If something arrives damaged or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost. No return shipping required.
Refund timing
Once your return is received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to display it.
