Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact the carrier first, then us — we'll help chase it.
